V2.2.9 - Partial Update for V2.3

Since it's going to take a while for V2.3 to come out, I wanted to get another update out. So here's a partial update on V2.3 which is actually V2.2.9.

• More optimization options are available. You have the option to limit camera distance to increase framerate.
• Framerate can now be limited. Some platforms may be limited to certain FPS.
• VSync is now added for standalone platforms (Windows, Mac, and Linux).
• More things were optimized. When on floor 2, you may receive fewer frames.
• The hud toggle is fixed, and it can now be changed in-game.
• Hud settings were added, including the new remastered hud.
• Copyright music toggle can be changed in-game.
• The loading screen will no longer connect to servers to reduce loading time.
• Baldi's voices have been switched to the new ones.
• Fixed some android control issues.
• Added a cheat menu on android for other modes.
• Fixed random mode on missing 1 notebook.
